COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Mrs Karen Goodman the practice manager is responsible for handling patient complaints, and will investigate your complaint and endeavour to produce a satisfactory outcome.
All formal complaints should be made or recorded in writing.
- Your complaint will initially be acknowledged in writing,usually within three working days.
- Your complaint will be investigated, and usually within ten working days you will be given a written summary of the investigation and it’s conclusion.
- We hope that you will be satisfied with our response to your complaint.
